 Skin care is not a makeup its all about keeping your skin healthy. It involves cleaning, moisturising and protecting your skin from the  sun by using sunscreen. Skin care helps to prevent from the acne and dryness.

Mostly people ignored skin care because of lack of time and buzy jobs .

Some Steps For Skin Care

  1.  Cleanser-  Gently wash your face with cleanser,it removes the dirt and oil.
  2. Moisturizer-  Using moistuturizer helps to moisturized  and hydrated your skin ,according to skin types.
  3. Sunscreen-  they will protect you from the sun damage.

Types Of Skin

Five main types of skin that are – Normal ,oily sensitive ,dry,combined.

  1. Normal  – Balanced, smooth texture and even skin tone .
  2. Oily  – Shined appearance on nose , forhead and chin or enlarge pores.
  3. Sensitive  – Easily irritated by chemical products or pollution ,redness.
  4. Dry – Lack of moisture tightness and roughness.
  5. Combined –  some area of face skin are oily or some are dry.

Natural skin care

  1.  Aloe vera gel- for smooth and glowing skin.
  2. Honey- using for moisturized the skin.         
  3. Rose water- basically its natural toner.         
  4. Coconut oil- This is for dry skin not for oily skin.

Conclusion

Know your skin types and use natural product or chemical free.Wash your face, apply moisturizer, and never skip sunscreen. Drink 7-8 glass of water daily. eat healthy fruits or vegetable and avoid too much oily food ,get enough sleep.
